IT Hardware Asset Management (ITHAM) is a shared service to support the exponential demand from DHL divisions to manage IT Hardware Assets in a central repository in order to increase security, manage costs, and compliance for the group.
IT HAM controls all IT hardware assets owned and leased by the group throughout the asset lifecycle and maintains accurate asset information in the Asset Database.
The main focus is on the financial, contractual, and disposal aspects of the assets.
Our role is to ensure that IT Hardware Asset Management (ITHAM) shared service (running on Global ServiceNow platform) functions as expected.
We resolve user queries, incidents, provide end-user consultancy and training, test system enhancements, and platform releases.
All to consistently deliver a functioning system that can be used as designed and expected.

Here's what we are looking for:
As a Senior Configuration Specialist, having verygood asset and/or configuration managementskills will be an integral part of this role.
Goodexperience in ServiceNowis also mandatory.
Additionally, havingattention to detailis a huge plus.
You will be supporting, training, and advising end users, so excellent communication skills are vital.
Analytical thinking and testing competence/experience will be needed to ensure smooth running of the GSN Asset application and the introduction of new application features.
You should be able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
