Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Designing & Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance brand awareness, and increase engagement.
Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms: Amplifying the number of quality followers and overseeing & managing all social media platform engagement for the company, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Content Planning & Creation: Managing end-to-end high-quality & high-relevance content from strategy development, conceptualization, production to implementation.
Performance Analysis: Conducting performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media engagement strategies and closely relate it to business KPIs, while offering recommendations and improvements.
Scheduling & Posting Content: Managing content calendar (i.e., editorial calendar), utilizing social media listening tools to strategize, plan and post highly relevant content.
Manage and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaigns: Supporting partnership and campaigns in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on all social media platforms.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conducting market and competitor analysis, and identifying trends to keep Traveloka at the forefront of OTA Social Media.
Community Management: Developing and driving a highly relevant community strategy, focusing on building network effects with the goal of nurturing overall social media engagement.
Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Cost Optimization: Continuously optimizing costs spent to ROI that is highly related to company KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and content marketing.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation & communication skills.
Proven success in the ability to drive organic growth through creative and data-informed content strategies.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital channel optimization.
Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data to effectively communicate performance insights and provide evidence-based recommendations to all stakeholders.
Experience managing content in markets at varying levels of maturity, with a track record of successfully adapting strategies based on unique market demands.
Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and leading a team, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders and team members.
