Assist in the preparation of CF documents and structuring of CF proposals vis-a-vis requirements/guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
Draft, evaluate and assess most CF documents in accordance with authorities' requirements and the internal processes/manuals
Generate scheme paper for all proposals with significant guidance
Proofreading correspondence, reports and CF documents
Proper extraction of information from source documents including reports/letters prepared by other professional
Organise and maintain proper documentation/records and filing of documents
Understand the basic areas of authorities' guidelines/policies i.e. Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SC and MITI.
Execute and monitor the "Task" required in terms of conditions of approvals, deadlines, and follow-up questionnaires imposed by authorities.
Challenges of the Job
A high volume of paperwork and documentation to be prepared under tight deadlines.
Requirement to understand various authorities' regulations and our internal processes within tight deadlines.
Lack of understanding of the structure and features of products due to lack of practical experience.
Ensure timeline is met i.e. deliverables are completed on time.
Long working hours including working over the weekends and public holidays.
Developing contacts for future business development due to lack of experience.
