JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop effective and creative digital marketing campaigns based on understanding of business needs, customer insights and market trends. Developing a thorough understanding of local and global market dynamics and current tech advancements/ trends, to drive better brand/ marketing advantage for the brand. Execution - Manage & supervise on digital executions done by Media Agency & other relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of digital execution & manage. Data Analysis - Keeping a clear tracking & reporting process for all digital ad performance with proposed solution/ strategies to optimize.REQUIREMENTS: Lead and build a best-in-class digital audience engagement team, including social media, website, content optimisation and paid digital media experts Oversee the execution of a data-driven approach marketing strategies to meet the goals in the audience value chain –Retention and Conversion (e.g. Cost per Click, Cost per Acquisition) Create and lead audience growth and engagement by utilising social media, compelling content, paid digital media (e.g. Social, SEM, Display).Using a data driven and collaborative approach, guide the development and distribution of owned social content that will appeal and engage the right audience on the right digital channels. Collaborate and work effectively with executives and cross functional leads in branding, operations (exploration and education), product and content operations groups. Collaborate, manage, and work effectively with external Media Buying and Creative Agency. Work with Data Analytics to continually evolve audience segmentation modelling and campaign performance reporting. Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives. Understand and manage the budget spend needed to deliver the marketing plan; identify opportunities for greater efficiency and improvements in ROI.
