Our Finance Operations team supports our group in all financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and corporate treasury. These include asset accounting, intercompany alignment, active collecting, customs invoicing, profit and loss accounting, and payment factory for DHL Group.
Our HR Services manage payroll for more than 350,000 employees within DHL Group across 28 countries globally. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing, and other services.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Purpose:
Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best-in-class HR services, products, and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.
Your tasks:
Support administration of assigned HR service-related activities with guidance from others
Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery
Check for any issues/errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification
Maintain required data for HR service delivery, e.g., enter employee data into computerized systems
Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration, and Non-HR Services

Education Level:
Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
HR certification preferred
Experience Level:
More than 2 years
