Planning
-Coordinates and manages the planning process within the departments including Rakita and MySukanTV.
-Responsible for translating the developed strategic plans and schedules to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
-Identifying key tasks, milestones, and deadlines for projects or activities, as well as allocating resources such as manpower, finances, and equipment effectively.
-Oversees their implementation, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet established timelines.
Integration
-Assist with integration opportunities and assess operational functions requirements to support organizational goals.
-Coordinates the integration projects from inception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.
-Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify integration needs and opportunities for optimization.
-Work closely with Programming, Communications, Engineering and IT teams to evaluate operational functions and compatibility of integration solutions.
-Define data mappings, transformation rules, and integration workflows to facilitate seamless data exchange between operational functions.
-Coordinates the implementation and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Coordinate dry run activities, manage challenges, and provide operational functions support during program integration.
-Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, internal and external support teams, vendors, to gather requirements, address concerns, and communicate project status and outcomes effectively.
Revenue
-To work closely with the Strategy and Communication in ensuring ratings and revenue are met.
-To update the management in accordance to revenue growth, progress and issues.
-Ensuring all set revenue targets are met successfully across all multi-channels in making the company profitable and successful.
Quality Campaigns
-To work closely with the Business Development, programming and Creative and Digital team in ensuring the outcome of a project are designed to meet the goals.
-Maintaining market share with all competitors, listeners satisfaction and participation in terms of radio content and engagements.
-Listeners' satisfaction and participation in terms of radio content and contesting.
-Meeting all client's requirements successfully with zero complaints and managing their expectations accordingly.
-Setting benchmarks to be industry leaders as a multi-channel media brand.
-To ensure all the campaign plans are executed perfectly, with zero errors on every marketing platform.
Compliance
-Ensure the Compliance to Laws and Regulations
-Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Self-regulation compliance – Ensure commercials scripts and promotional production air to be approved according to MCMC / Content Forum, Malaysia (CMCF) Content codes guidelines
-Kementerian Komunikasi (KKMM) – Public Service Announcement (PSA) Crawler request – To Communicate and recommend by planning the urgency and importance of the selected crawlers to Radio Content and Digital Content to be aired.
-Ensure the programs in Compliance to Kementerian Belia and Sukan mandate and regulations.
MySukan TV
-Assist the lead on his/her absence in ensuring all content is broadcasted, posted and published within the set timeline.
-Ensuring MySukan content is generated at least a day in advance by ensuring the right picture and videos for execution.
-Producing the market trending sports news or update for outreach and media engagement.
-To liaise with sporting apparels and equipments agents to seek collaboration / sponsorship.
-Assist the lead on his/her absence in supervising and align all on-air activities to all digital platforms.

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Business Management or equivalent.
-Experience in Sports industry will be an added advantage.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in media operations, journalism, or related field will be added advantage.
-Proficiency in Radio Computing Services, Social Media, Words, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.p
