Job Title : Senior Associate, Sales Analysis (Trade Spend Management) Location: Bangsar South, KL

As the Senior Associate, Sales Analysis, you will assist the sales team with various analysis and monitoring of trade spend management. You will also work closely with various team member from sales and finance team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure Trade Promotion claim are submitted on timely manner Ensure all Trade Settlement claim are according to Trading Terms Agreement and Sales Promotion Plan Validate supporting document of Trade Promotional claims according to Trade Promotion activity Review customer trading terms on yearly basics to ensure accrual are based on trading terms Generate Gross-to-Net (GTN) and Accrual Balance Reports to sales team for their Trade Spend accrual monitoring and tracking purpose Fast track settlements by helping sales team to prepare the necessary Trade Spend documentations Brief and train new salesperson on Trade Spend management process for Sales Promotion Plan, claims process, Trading Term Agreement accrual process, and Off Invoice process and help them in understanding GTN details Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Bachelors in Business or related field Minimum 4 years of working experience, with at least 3 years' experience in Trade Spend Management or Finance managing Profit and Loss (P&L) function within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry Experience in pricing or rebate processing Experience in SAP system Benefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
