Facility Operations
- Support in developing revenue goals and the strategies to reach those goals for Spacerubix's portfolio as team's responsibility.
- Actively seeking out new tenancy opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients or tenants
- Keep and maintain a client or tenants and leads database that documents the leads that have been approached and the clients that have been secured.
- Attending client or tenants meetings, preparing and modifying presentations ahead of the meetings, presenting proposal.
- Relaying client or tenants feedback and proposing improvements and suggestions to meet client or tenants expectations.
- Support in the Social Media Management for Spacerubix including publications.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage day-to-day communications with clients or tenants; answer their questions, manage conflicts and collect feedback.
- Responsible for handling complaints, refund claims, warranty cases, the provision of advice on any arising questions and the recommendation of upselling facilities.
- Monitors details of contracts to inform clients of pending expiration dates and assist them in processing contract renewals.
Business Proposal / Materials
- Suggest facility proposals and / or coordinate with the relevant internal stakeholders to develop business proposals. Keep an inventory of all sales proposals, decks, rate cards, catalogue and more in a structured and easy to locate manner.
- Rates agreed upon must be followed and all clients or tenants should be treated fairly with no preferential rates given to clients or tenants without a proper justification.
- Responsible for the ongoing development of the company and Spacerubix catalogue. The catalogue must be kept up to date with all the relevant information and must be modified from time to time to improve the presentation of material to the client or tenants.
Coordination
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate the services and products sold to clients or tenants. Seek approval from internal stakeholders before committing to any request from clients.
- Work closely with legal and finance to ensure that all the proper financial and legal documentation is in order and that the process is compliant with rules and regulations.
- Work with legal, finance and the internal stakeholders to ensure that all the proper license and authorisation requirements are met before any campaign, project or services may be delivered to the client.
- Work closely with finance to prepare monthly tenancy or rental sales reports on each internal stakeholders, including sales figures and payment progress.
Compliance
- Address the commercial terms of the contract with the advice of the internal stakeholders, and the legal terms of the contract with the advice of the legal team.
- Ensure that the best interest of the company is protected.
- Provides the tenants or client with a standard template agreement prepared by the legal team and ensures that the contract is signed by both parties.
- Maintains accurate schedules, records, discrepancy reports, and follow-through communications, and ensures that all platforms comply with company rules and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards. Implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Facility and Asset Management
- Cooperates in the operation, maintenance, and safety of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Collaborating in the management of the organization's physical assets, including equipment, machinery, vehicles, ESI Hub and property.
- Working within the budgets for facility operations and maintenance, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintaining documentation related to facilities, assets, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinating with the external Facility Management team on the operational flow, needs and enhancement.

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 1-2 years of working experience at the related field.
-Well experienced in Strategic Management, Public Relation and knowledgeable in the Industry.
-Proficiency in Social media, Words, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, Canva and Slides.
