Job Description Competency with automation design steps, control systems, project management, qualification, and maintenance. Competency with automation compliance to global standards such as SEMI, SECS/GEM, Host, EHS, ESD, Cyber Security, etc. Proficiency with Industry technology: AMHS, ASRS, MMS, COBOT, AGV/AMR/ACR, MES, AI, AR, VR, IoT, RFID. Ability to read/edit AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Circuit diagrams, plant/equipment layouts, block diagrams, and system diagrams. Leadership: Ability to inspire a team of technicians and junior engineers to go the extra mile and deliver excellent results. Programming skills: C#, C++, Python, Java, APIs. Ability to work well under pressure and within a high-paced environment. Requirement Requirement: Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, EE, Mechanical, Control Systems, Computer Science). Work experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVM and related fields. Proficiency with Industry and Smart Manufacturing design framework. Ability to work within complex cross-functional teams/groups across the region. High energy to challenge the status quo and deliver projects and KPIs exceeding expectations. World-class attitude, behavior, and embracing a growth mindset. Proven track record of past achievements in factory automation project deployment with actual ROI exceeding POR ROI.
