Job Description:Develop data-backed platform & seller insights used to inform team strategy, target setting, and highlight key areas of improvementCollaborate closely with Marketing Solutions team to develop & maintain key performance trackers, seller participation submission sheets, and external-facing reportsDevelop and maintain scalable end-to-end automated data pipeline to serve business requirements from internal stakeholdersCommunicate with key stakeholders to understand business problems and proposed comprehensive solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve any urgent ad hoc issues that may potentially ariseRequirements:Ability to manage workload of simultaneous new & ongoing analytics projectsExperienced with Microsoft Excel & Google SheetsFoundational knowledge of statistics and data visualization methodology, tools, and concepts
