About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Senior Business Development (Agri) to join our Sales & Commercial team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aerial drone equipment and solutions, providing technical expertise to customers, and ensuring that they receive the best-fit products and services for their needs.
Key Responsibilities Promotes products, identifies and develops opportunities, assesses competitors, evaluates funding availability, coordinates marketing activities, and services existing and potential new customers Develops and maintains business coordination regionally to align business directions and company directives Leads proposal development and recommends strategies or tactics to optimize best value proposition for new customer opportunities Make contact and build new business in the Agriculture sector in Malaysia Book and execute first sales introductions in emerging Agriculture products in Malaysia Extend invitations to prospects to attend events Convert opportunities to close deals Build a network with Key Accounts About You Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management.
Strong customer service orientation and team player.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting, presentation and client proposals.
Great communication and presentation skills.
