Responsibilities:Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.
Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with professionals/specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
Assist in procurement and negotiation with Consultants/Contractors/Suppliers and make recommendations to the Manager.
Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project/outsource project assignment including project planning, budget, etc.
Work closely with the Manager and Division Manager to understand and contribute to their functional development requirements in a project.
Who are we looking for?Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar function in property development.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with the design, development, and management of property development projects.
Proven ability to drive business growth and reach targets.
