Identify and establish relationships with new retailers, distributors, and businesses to expand the brand's market presence.
Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, identify potential partners, and find new business opportunities.
Brand Awareness & Promotion
Support efforts to increase brand recognition through grassroots marketing strategies, including collaborations with local stores, retailers, and community centers.
Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and in-store activations to boost product awareness.
Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote the product and align with the company's growth objectives.
Organize and participate in events such as food expos, tasting sessions, and local community fairs to showcase the product.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor competitor products and market trends to help guide the company's business development strategy.
Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and market performance to help track progress and refine strategies.
Identify gaps in the market and suggest potential product innovations or improvements.
Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the food industry or FMCG sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with distributors, retailers, and local businesses.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and promotions.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
