Senior Business Development Executive

-Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the influencer marketing and e-commerce sectors.


-Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing brand clients, understanding their business needs and how KOLHub can deliver solutions.


-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and delivery of campaigns that meet client expectations.


-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential areas for growth.


-Develop and present proposals, sales pitches, and negotiate contracts to close deals.


-Work with the data analytics team to present performance reports to clients, ensuring campaign optimization and success.


-Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


-Mentor junior business development team members and contribute to the overall team strategy.

-Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within marketing, advertising, or digital media.


-Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends, particularly in platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook.


-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


-Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making.


-Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.


-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
