Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the fintech space to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to deliver customized proposals and ensure seamless delivery of fintech solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the fintech sector.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the fintech, financial services, or technology industry.
Strong understanding of fintech products such as payment systems, digital wallets, lending platforms, or blockchain technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
