Duhani Capital is on the lookout for a vibrant Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform's growth in the dynamic Indonesia market.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Lead the charge in expanding our trading platform's footprint within Indonesia.Foster and nurture relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).Strategically drive business growth and increase market share through targeted initiatives. Client Retention: Develop and execute robust strategies to retain existing clients.Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by proactively engaging and supporting clients. Marketing Strategies: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Indonesia market.Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to uncover opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, with a proven track record.Existing client and IB list are a must-have.Deep understanding of the Indonesian financial markets.Proficiency in trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
