; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities 



-Monitor and manage inventory levels for sales and marketing collateral.


-Ensure adequate stock of promotional materials and update inventory databases as needed.


-Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.


-Streamline workflows to enhance the overall effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.


-Oversee the leads management process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to sales teams.


-Generate regular reports and conduct sales and marketing performance metrics through data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


-Track business development performance and provide regular reports to management.


-Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to improve strategies and offerings.


-Stay informed about system updates and enhancements to facilitate efficient usage.


-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on business goals.

 
Qualifications



-Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


-At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field.


-Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.


-Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.


-Understanding of sales performance metrics.


-Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
