Responsibilities:Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business/marketing plans run smoothly.
Execute different business strategies to support company growth and business expansion.
Facilitate the sales and marketing operations to ensure successful coordination of sales & marketing activities.
Continually promote and build branding reputation in the market place as well as ensure brand visibility activities are properly executed in line with the brand plan.
Monitor sales & marketing plans are implemented and well aligned to the countries' Sales & Marketing strategies.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of the countries' sales and profitability.
Monitor regional distribution networks and assist in setting up sales network.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
Any other task or project as assigned by the Top Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
Minimum 5 years' managerial level working experience in similar capacity or in Product Management or Project Sales with a proven track record of driving business results.
Proven experience in developing and managing teams.
Industry Knowledge:Knowledge of the bicycle industries in the region or product would be preferable.
Good knowledge of general business management and financial management.
Skills:Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Hokkien as a requirement for effective communication in the regional market.
Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and business analysis to drive growth and capitalize on market opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
Strong decision-making capabilities, with a resourceful approach to solving challenges and leading the business through changes.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, especially in periods of transition or change.
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating maturity and accountability in decision-making and operations management.
Additional Requirements:Preferably possess an avid interest in bicycles or will take up active cycling along with the job.
Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
