Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with the customers on all matters including answering inquiries and explaining about the products and services. Ensure all stocks are arranged and displayed accordingly with a proper price tags Coordinate on the scheduled sales and promotional activity with the team to ensure sales target and purchase budget achieved.  Assist the customer in purchasing decision through quality service Follow the company's rules and regulations at all time in order to uphold the image and high standard of the brand. Develop a clear understanding of all products and training on products knowledge will be provided Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the store To maintain a clean and well-organized store areaMaintain cashier documentation according to SOPMaintain accuracy and security of all cash funds and registers including cash transactions, deposits and reconcilationsSupervise and train cashiers in cash handling, store policy and procedure Store Merchandise / Merchandising Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store.Ensure promotions and fast selling lines are featured in the store.Provide information about the customers (likes, dislikes and opinions) to the dept in charge.Ensure effective stock replenishment to the store and assure continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery & maintenance in the store.Receipt/Dispatch of Physical Stock from warehouse (Process Delivers and Transfers Stock in efficient manner).Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores. Customer Service Responsible for actively engaging customers to ascertain the customer need.Assist the customer in purchasing decision through quality service.Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests.Develop a clear understanding of all departments, products, make, features and after sales service.Effectively deal with customer queries and complaints.Follow procedures for dealing with specific customer orders.Ensure confidentiality with respect to Landmark retail/store sales information.Provide information about promotions/events to customers. Requirements: Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent. Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience in retail industry or working in children or baby specialist retail stores will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too. Strong business knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing and customer services. Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Melayu languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage. Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Able to work as a team. Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holiday
