Senior Company Secretary Assistant

Details of the offer

Generating statutory resolutions, minutes, forms, Bursa Securities announcements, and all other work in connection with the corporate secretarial practice for our clients
Advising the Board and Senior Management during Board and Shareholders meetings and any other relevant client meetings as may be required in your role as a corporate governance adviser
Lodging documents with the relevant authorities
Monitoring and complying with statutory and regulatory deadlines
Advising on the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Securities' Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and best practices in corporate governance and practices
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates possess at least more than 2 years working experience
Experience and familiarity with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Securities Listing Requirements and Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance will be an added advantage
Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
