Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout.==========Partnering closely with Senior HR Business Partners, this role serves as the primary point of contact for issues related to Compensation Management for ShopBack. You will support the design, development, implementation and application of total rewards policies and programs across APAC and new expansion markets.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and support the implementation of a consistent compensation and benefits structure, that is aligned with ShopBack's rewards philosophy strategy and goals.Manage and provide advice on job evaluation and ensure that jobs in the organization are evaluated either through job grading or job profiling/job banding.Support the performance and compensation review exercise, including rewards modeling, administration, communications, and post-cycle analysis.Provide analyst support for compensation and benefits management, gather, analyze and provide statistics/ data required for remuneration analysis, as required..Participate in annual rewards surveys, analyze and utilize the survey data to identify gaps and risks, and propose recommendations to address them.Work with HR Business Partners to continuously improve Total Rewards related deliverables and communication.Manage equity grants and financial reporting for such grants, in addition to processing requests for share option exercises, etc.Manage external vendor relationships to negotiate competitive offerings during the annual renewal process.Drive assigned rewards projects, where required.Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field of study (Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Economics, etc).3 to 5 years of relevant total rewards or C&B experience, with good understanding of compensation market practices in technology industry across SEA or APAC.Familiar with job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking surveys and salary structure development.Advanced analysis skills using Google Sheets or Excel and proficient in G-Suite applications.Meticulous, data driven and proficient in providing insights through data.Ability to deal with ambiguity at all times, needs to understand and react quickly to changing priorities even when not all the information is available.Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (verbal and written).Strong work ethics, ability to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity,Comfortable with fast-paced environments and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.Prior work experience in a startup and/or in the tech industry is an advantage.Perks* Hybrid working and work-from-anywhere benefit* Competitive compensation and stock options* Transparent career progression paths and learning opportunities* Candid, open and collaborative culture* Talented and driven teammates across the world* Fun-filled activities and celebrations all year roundJoin our team to drive growth and success at ShopBack today!
