We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee our upcoming project: the construction of a prefabricated single-storey warehouse in Lahad Datu.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones within the allocated timeline and budget.
Monitor daily operations, including material deliveries, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly to minimize delays.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and safety compliance logs.
Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in prefabricated or industrial building projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in Malaysia.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
