Medical Insurance, Health Insurance, Optical and Dental Benefits)Do you love challenges?The Senior Consultant is expected to have a deep understanding of, and primary responsibility for providing expertise in, Finance and Controlling (FICO) to effectively integrate SAP Solutions into the clients' business environments to achieve agreed results.
The Senior Consultant is assigned to deliver tangible, sustainable, effective and quality SAP-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support and, implementation of additional functionality.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)Provide consulting services to clients in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experienceAct as subject matter expert in Finance and ControllingDelivery of workable solution, with primary focus on SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), and integration with other modules, to meet clients' business requirementsAct as primary resource accountable for FICO deliverables.
Carry out all phases of the project, from Business Blueprint (including detailed design), Realisation (including Configuration, Data Migration, Testing & Training), to Final Preparation & Cutover/Go Live support, and Transition to Support:Run and facilitate workshops to carry out Business Analysis and detailed design of Business SolutionsDefine business goals, scope of work and scope of change initiatives; outline and translate specification of business requirements (FRICE functional specifications); and provide solutions to a level that enables effective delivery of agreed scope of work or changesConfigure the system to meet design and business requirementsPerform unit testing on all processes (embracing planning, design, management, execution and test scripts) and provide assistance and issue resolution for System Integration and User Acceptance testing using appropriate techniques that conform to agreed project standardsAssist with Data Migration including preparation, guidance to customers, writing upload programs, and loading dataFacilitate logical integration testing with other related SAP modules and interfaces in order to verify end-to-end business processDevelop (embracing planning, design & documentation) and execute training as requiredCarry out applicable Change Management Processes as pre-defined by project managementPrepare and conduct project handover to Support ConsultantApply and utilise Industry and Business Best Practice knowledge and toolsAdhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability, and deliver within time constraintsIdentify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to management team.
Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conduct demonstrations and presentationsConduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleaguesKey Performance Measures (KPM)Ability to define solution to meet customer requirementEstablished experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality technical services against formal service levels and timeframesStrong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills:Confidence in presenting to, and discussing solutions with, various audiences and groups of different sizesExperience in running and facilitating workshopsProven ability to support FICO pre-sales activities including:Preparation of solution marketing content Preparation of sales proposals and statement of work documents including project resource plans and effort estimatesCarry out systems demonstrationsCapable in building, establishing and maintaining trust, and strong, productive and effective relationships, including with clients, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups and individualsAbility to provide leadership and mentoringConvince us with your potential!Qualifications & CertificationsRelevant tertiary qualificationsBachelor's Degree/Accounting QualificationCertified in SAP FI or SAP COCritical Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceQualification and experience as subject matter expert specialising in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO).
Must have proven depth of skill, knowledge and expertise in:GL (including New GL and Document Splitting), AR, AP, Fixed Asset, Banking and integration knowledge on OTC and P2P processes.
