Build and maintain effective relationships to collaborate with global Finance Teams
Familiarity with costing system Impact ECS, ERP system SAP, financial reporting tools such as TM1, Power BI, or Adaptive Insights and/or financial or business process modeling is a plus.
Dedicated person who is able to work independently and connect with all relevant internal teams and external business partners at all times.
Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize.
Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
Develop subject matter expertise of Micron Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and product flow
Develop a strong understanding of data inputs in support of Standard Cost setting
Analyze / explain standard cost forecast changes
Aide in monthly and quarterly reviews of forecast plans and performance to actuals
Present data summaries and recommendations for improvements
Analyze / explain manufacturing variance on monthly basis
Mentor team members on systems, processes, and policies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
Professional qualifications would be an added advantage
5 years of experience in standard costing, absorption costing
Familiarity with costing system Impact ECS, ERP system SAP, financial reporting tools such as TM1, Power BI, or Adaptive Insights and/or financial or business process modeling is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
