Senior E-Commece Executive

-E-commerce Strategy and Management:


-Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in line with the company's business objectives.


-Oversee the day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms, including product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.


-Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms and other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).


-Product Listings and Optimization:


-Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.


-Coordinate with product teams to ensure timely updates to product catalogs, images, descriptions, and pricing.


-Implement strategies for improving product visibility and sales conversions on the website.


-Sales and Revenue Generation:


-Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.


-Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions, such as seasonal offers, flash sales, and bundle promotions.


-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cart abandonment rates, and average order value.


-Customer Experience Optimization:


-Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience on e-commerce platforms.


-Monitor and improve website speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.


-Manage customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


-Data Analysis and Reporting:


-Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, or Magento analytics) to track website performance, traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion rates.


-Generate regular reports on e-commerce metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.


-Analyze competitors' websites and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.


-Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:


-Work closely with digital marketing teams to develop and execute targeted online marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media).


-Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support.


-Collaborate with IT teams to ensure website functionality and resolve any technical issues promptly.


-Inventory and Order Management:


-Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain and inventory management teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.


-Ensure accurate order fulfillment and manage returns and exchanges efficiently.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.


-4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.


-Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).


-Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and e-commerce reporting.


-Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.


-Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.


-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


-Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
