Job Position: Senior Electronic Engineer Salary Up To RM10000 Location: Kulai I-Park Job Descriptions: Works directly with customers to resolve hardware, software, licensing issues.
Assists customers with reported product failure, taking actions to resolve issues.
Investigates and tests customer problems in a lab environment with hardware and software.
Stays current on networking technologies and new product offerings.
Job Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations Expertise in troubleshooting networking protocols in WLAN technologies - 802.11, 802.11n, 802.11ac and 802.11ax

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
