Bhd.Location:Malaysia | Kedah | Inokom Kulim (K002)Time Type:Full timePosted On:Posted 2 Days AgoJob Requisition ID:JR111911Responsibilities:Support production in their daily operation by ensuring all equipment is in good health and safe working condition.Troubleshoot and provide advice on any production equipment breakdown to minimize downtime.Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment under supervision.Liaise with vendors for sourcing or purchasing spare parts for equipment in the plant.Supervise contractors during project implementation in the plant.Oversee subordinates in their daily work activities.Maintain and update spare parts inventory regularly to avoid prolonged downtime due to machine breakdowns.Conduct in-house training for subordinates to enhance their technical skills and motivate them.Assist superiors in planning and designing new equipment setups or projects.Ensure all subordinates adhere to company guidelines regarding discipline, ISO, Q4M, 5S, Kaizen, ICC, etc.Perform any tasks assigned by superiors.About Us:Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly.
