Responsibilities:
Environmental Management - planning and implementation:
Execute the Environmental programme in accordance with legal and organizational requirements. Develop activity-oriented processes and documentation to ensure sustainable implementation of environmental management.
Key figures and reports:
Control the implementation of the local integrated management system using key figures. Compile reports for management based on systematically evaluated data in compliance with legal regulations.
Audits and Inspections:
Plan and conduct system and process audits, monitor environmental compliance, and ensure proper follow-up on improvement measures.
Projects:
Plan projects to improve environmental management and protection, including independent and team-leading processing of project tasks.
Environmental assessments:
Conduct plant-wide analyses of environmentally relevant plants and advise on investments and changes in environmentally relevant areas.
Minimum Requirements:
More than 5 years related working experience as an Environmental Officer.
Degree in Engineering (chemical/environmental science) or equivalent.
DOE approved competent person (Scheduled Waste/IETS/Clean Air/Sewage) or similar.
