Senior Executive – Administration (80016)TheSchool of Medical and Life SciencesatSunway Universityis seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Executive – Administration to join our team. The incumbent will assist with administrative tasks, manage publicity materials, organise events, and support student and alumni activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean and School Management, including taking minutes for management and stakeholder meetings.
Support the coordination of School-level MoUs, MoAs, articulation agreements, and other official documents.
Organise and coordinate school-level meetings, activities, events, and town halls.
Manage the production of publicity materials, including newsletters, website content, and other relevant materials to promote the School.
Assist with the School's marketing activities by preparing brochures, updating the staff handbook, creating publicity videos, and maintaining the School's website and social media channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
Ensure accurate records for space allocation, School's assets, and audit documentation.
Coordinate arrangements for new and departing staff, including orientation, workstation setup, and IT/telephone arrangements.
Support alumni activities, graduation coordination, and other related initiatives.
Assist with School's ranking exercises and contribute to data collection for ranking and rating initiatives.
Respond to student queries, requests of letters and certified documents, and provide general support to students.
Serve on a rotational basis for counter service duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in any field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (experience in the education sector, website content management, or digital marketing is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying initiative and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Proficiency in digital tools and social media management is advantageous.
