Benefits & Compensation Car Parking AllowanceLoyalty RewardPerformance BonusTraining and DevelopmentMonthly Staff Activities & Birthday Celebration Your day-to-day: Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource & Admin Reporting including accurate & timely monthly administrative report, any necessary reports etc. in accordance with the management direction within the stipulated deadlines by working closely with the Team from time to time.Responsible for day-to-day Human Resource & Admin operations such as daily supervising the Team's progress in completing the daily/monthly administrative operational duties in a timely reporting including but not limited to data entry, HR related letters, employee claims, recruitments, company insurance, etc.Responsible for maintaining, updating and safekeeping of all information from time to time in a neat and tidy approach.Executes monthly payroll using payroll system, generates reports and ensures timely salary payout.Ensures timely prepare payment to statutory bodies e.g.: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, and Monthly Employee Tax Deduction.Handles all employee disciplinary process and liaise with the relevant bodies/authorities.To assist Superior on all leasing matters including follow up with the relevant parties, documentation of discussion outcomes, preparation of leasing information/documents and so forth as assigned by the Superior.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, and any statutory bodies on all matters to ensure compliance.Participate in process improvement by assisting the management to correctly implement any new improvement & positively cultivate a Continuous Self-Improvement culture within the Team.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.  You are ideal candidate because: Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Preferably 3 to 5 years relevant commercial experience with solid Payroll experience.Experienced in large scale retail payroll with proven supervision experience will be an advantage.Good proficiency in UBS Payroll System and Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel.Be self-directed, proactive to take initiative, highly meticulous and attention to detail.Possess good analytical skills with problem solving skills.Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required.Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks.Possess the flexibility to outstation when required. Nice to have: Higher commitment in career, willing to invest your time & effort to learn & grow together with the company.Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role may require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.Possess own transport. Why comfort work with us?
