Job Description
Responsible for the safekeeping of company stamp, including storage, approval, usage, and ledger registration.
Ensure that admin fixed asset records are consistent with actual assets.
Evaluate and review the material applications of the use departments and purchase them in a timely manner.
Responsible for workplace operation support tasks, including office environment management, conference room management, and customer reception.
Coordinate the maintenance and management of the factory area, including cleaning, greening management, waste management, and sporadic maintenance affairs.
Promptly handle employees' complaints and demands about the dormitory, propose effective improvement plans, and continuously improve the quality of dormitory accommodation to enhance employee satisfaction.
Manage travel requirements by complying with travel regulations, making travel arrangements, and keeping accurate monthly records.
Oversee administrative procurement needs such as customized products and office supplies for each department.
Implement cost control measures and plan expenditures for each expense.
Responsible for LMW, third-party trading license, and other special situations.
Assist in preparing LMW monthly/annual reports and monthly courier bill/invoice payments.
Arrange and organize company meetings and activities according to each activity's objectives and requirements.
Other work as assigned by direct superior or company management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
Familiarity with office software.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
