Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Staffing (Crew Recruitment)Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will join our Talent Acquisition & Staffing team in SIA Human Resources Division, whose mission is to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to attract best talents for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end recruitment activities for hiring of pilots.
Developing pipeline strategies and executing recruitment and staffing plans to attract and hire talents, whilst ensuring candidates meet our requirements.
Work closely with our Flight Operations division on manpower planning requirements to meet our operational needs within timeline.
Review of processes to streamline and digitalise workflow to minimize time to hire while ensuring positive candidate experience.Requirements
Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant fields, with more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing role.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment with high volume recruitment.
Knowledge of local pilot license regulations (CAAS) would be advantageous.
Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in hiring in overseas market is an advantage.
Willing to do some overseas travel for work.
