Sunway Medical Centre Velocity is seeking a talentedSenior Executive, Business Developmentto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and promoting our healthcare services and products to create long-term value. You will initiate and execute external activities to increase brand awareness among working communities and generate continuous business opportunities.
A) Business Planning and Development:
Formulate packages and pricing of the services to potential clientele.
Work with different departments in planning and implementing business plans including pricing review and marketing collaterals.
Propose and carry out promotional activities to all clients to generate revenue.
Conduct competitor analysis and price comparison.
Assist in planning and strategize on creating partnership with corporate clients, expatriates and TPA.
B) Build and Strengthen Customer Channels:
Schedule visits to existing and potential Corporate Clients, TPA's and expatriate personnel.
Review all marketing materials, ensuring that they are impactful, taking into consideration the challenges and limitations from other stakeholders.
Organize and support marketing programmes to engage clients.
Attend to and resolve client's feedbacks and take corrective actions promptly. Present proposals and quotations, follow-up on credit applications and issue out letter of offer.
Build rapport with existing and potential clients to drive brand loyalty and association.
Drive core businesses and effectively market and sell our services to new market segments.
Review collaboration agreements (when needed) to ensure all parties are agreeable to the workflow.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends is a plus.
