We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Executive, Business Development. Apply NOW, you might be the one we are looking for!
Main responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the education sector.
Analyzing data to understand student demographics, preferences, and demands.
Identifying potential areas for expansion, new programs, partnerships, or collaborations that align with the institution's objectives and target market.
Building and nurturing relationships with educational partners, government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities, joint ventures, and funding initiatives.
Developing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business development goals. This includes setting targets, budgets, and timelines, as well as monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Working closely with academic departments to develop new educational programs, courses, certifications, or training workshops that meet market demands and industry standards.
Creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials to raise awareness of the institution's offerings. This may involve digital marketing, social media, events, advertising, and public relations efforts.
Driving sales efforts to attract students, clients, or partners for educational programs, services, or consultancy projects.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and profitability.
Managing relationships with existing clients, students, alumni, and partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing collaboration.
Addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry regulations governing the education sector.
Keeping abreast of changes in policies and guidelines that may impact business operations.
Generating reports, metrics, and performance indicators to track business development activities, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
Presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Proficiency in digital marketing and sales strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage complex projects within deadlines.
Familiarity with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and market trends in education is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
