Senior Executive, Contract Specialist

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or Business disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain management (Sourcing and Contracting) within the Oil and Gas industry.
Conversant in Oil & Gas upstream procurement policies, procedures and guidelines e.g.
PTCAM / PPS.
Familiar with all types of contract models, risk reward mechanisms, must know the market, understand contractor drivers, must understand the estimating risk.
Good communication, public relations, and negotiation skills.
Possess good time management, problem solving skills and planning capabilities.
Possess good teamwork spirit and able to work with minimum supervision and result driven.
The Operations portfolio can be highly demanding, this is an ideal role to develop engagement and enquiry skills on a daily basis.
Driving continuous improvement and maintaining demand forecast for the KBB asset is critical to manage cost profile.
Build trust and partnership with a wide range of users and Technical Authorities by adding commercial excellence.
Undertake commercial reviews of existing contracts with the objective to enhance cost transparency and deliver target savings.
Managing tension between schedule, contracting approval lead times, contractor capabilities and business need for new long-term contracting solutions.
