1. Research & Development in Innovation Concept
Assisting Manager/Team lead to organize research for investigating emerging trends in sustainable materials, construction technology, and property development methodologies.
Conduct evaluation processes and recommend new technologies such as smart home solutions, energy-efficient systems, and eco-friendly materials for the team/company to further explore.
Collaborate with cross-department teams and external partners to assess the feasibility, cost, and environmental impact of proposed innovations whenever required.
Involve in crafting the concept of the innovative design for our projects that prioritize sustainability, energy efficiency, and user-centric design.
Assist in developing and refining concepts that align with market trends, regulatory requirements, and brand values.
Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to integrate advanced technologies and sustainable practices into projects whenever required.
2. Innovation Concept Feasibility Analysis & Budgeting
Assist in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies on innovative ideas, balancing novelty with practical and financial viability.
Assist in preparing and overseeing project budgets, ensuring cost-effective integration of new technologies and sustainable materials.
Collaborate with finance and procurement to explore funding and grants for sustainable or tech-driven projects whenever required.
Manage innovation projects/physical research timelines and monitor milestones to ensure the effective implementation of innovative concepts whenever required multitasking.
Oversee all phases of project development, from concept to completion, ensuring that innovative elements meet quality standards.
Conduct regular visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications, quality expectations, and project scope if required.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Clearly communicate project goals, timelines, and innovation aspects to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote the innovative features of projects, supporting brand positioning.
4. Sustainability Awareness
Passion for sustainable building practices and ensure adherence to local and international green building standards.
Stay updated on regulatory/latest trending changes related to sustainability.
5. Secondary Task - To Assist Manager on Master Planning Project from Inception to Pre-Implementation
Assist in coordinating with the team of consultants, internal cross-department, and other stakeholders required for the project.
Assist on data development, feasibility study, cash flow projection, and authority process.
Oversee the daily operations of the master planning, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking design progress.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for team meetings and management reviews whenever required.
Assist in managing budgets related to review and approval processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in property development/real estate/consultant with experience in design/sustainability, tech integration, and master planning.
Skills:
Strong understanding of innovative building materials, sustainable design, and smart technologies.
Proficient in software (e.g., CAD, PowerPoint, Excel), as well as budgeting and cost analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional:
Certification in green building standards (e.g., LEED AP) or a project management qualification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Research-based experience/scholars will be given extra credit.
