Job Description Working Arrangement : Hybrid Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels, to effectively support the Brand Department's marketing objectives.
Develop and implement strategic ad targeting and segmentation strategies to maximize reach and engagement while ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Dashboard, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Department to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive user engagement.
Manage the advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and conducting regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising technology, continuously seeking out new tools and strategies to enhance the company's advertising capabilities.
Mentor and support junior team members (e.g., Digital Marketing Executives) in developing their skills and knowledge in digital advertising best practices.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, showcasing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok).
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and any relevant social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in budgeting and financial planning for digital marketing campaigns, demonstrating an understanding of ROI and performance metrics.
