Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Senior Executive, Digital Retail (E-Commerce).
This role will deliver a best-in-class digital channel experience, clear route-to-market strategy, roadmap implementations, and best practice sharing.
This role will lead the development, deployment, and adoption of the global strategy and roadmap in three key strategic channels: Brand.com and mobile app ordering, Food Aggregator, and Marketplace.
The responsibilities include strategic planning, revenue forecast, channels expansion, and execution, providing consultative support and oversight to company-owned and franchise markets.
The individual will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure that Brand, Specialty, Media, Loyalty, Data and Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and IT are appropriately integrated into the plans.
Manage external partners, including food aggregators, platform owners, merchandising suppliers and related partners.
Overall, the role will aim to grow the digital channel awareness, drive new customer acquisition efficiently, guest engagement and loyalty, and increase brand accessibility and convenience, resulting in incremental transactions, revenue, and profitability.
This position will sit in Malaysia headquarters, reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Contribute to developing the route-to-market strategy and channel proposition, leveraging new technology, and redefining customer convenience.
Significantly increase the total food aggregator and e-commerce mix of business contribution, making it a key growth driver and a profit generator.
Support cross-functional teams to develop an annual marketing calendar, with 12-18 months of advanced planning considering the products and merchandising pipeline, demand planning forecast, product innovation, and co-branding partnerships.
Deliver the most optimal media investments for on- and off-portal marketing solutions on food aggregators and marketplaces.
Own the relationship with strategic food aggregators and marketplaces, serving as the key point of contact.
Conduct analysis to identify opportunities in our promotion, pricing, menu, and performance marketing plans; partnering with the relevant internal stakeholders to execute.
Partner with the brand team to develop best-in-class content minimums for delivery and E-commerce environments.
Identify new trends and insights in the digital and delivery space that meet consumer and brand fit expectations (e.g., ghost kitchen strategy, digitalization of delivery, sustainable packaging solutions, etc.).
Remain aware of digital commerce best practices and competitors' landscape to identify trends and translate the observations into key actions.
Minimum Requirements
B.A.
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related communications/business degree preferred.
4 – 5 years working experience in similar position or other related areas.
Proven record in driving digital revenues, developing new opportunities, and collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to achieve the results.
Strong understanding of business analysis to identify risk, opportunity, and action plan.
High-level understanding of marketing concepts, conversion funnel, consumer decision journey and behaviour.
Ability to manage external platform partners and agencies.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, duties, and projects.
Excellent communication (internal and external) and presentation skills.
Strong partnership and collaborative style.
Ability to perform autonomously and self-motivated.
Solution-oriented, self-starter, capable of being hands-on and working in a fast-paced environment.
