Senior Executive / Executive - Admissions and MarketingR.E.A.L Schools is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Executive or Executive for Admissions and Marketing. This role will support the Campus Head in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive student recruitment and achieve enrollment targets. Key responsibilities include engaging in outreach activities, coordinating events, managing social media content, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions - Lead Conversion and Enrolment:Manage daily inquiries across multiple marketing channels and provide counseling on admissions requirements.
To meet monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Ensuring CRM entries and marketing activities are effectively tracked and reported.
Provide guidance to prospective families and deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the admissions process.
Drive new sales and collaboration opportunities through outreach activities, educational fairs, and any partnerships.Marketing and Outreach:Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive student recruitment.
Engage in outreach activities and build partnerships to expand the school's market presence.
Support in planning and executing promotional events, open days, and exhibitions, representing R.E.A.L Schools effectively.
Monitor leads, manage the enrollment pipeline, and actively support new student conversions.
Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and families, securing appointments and conducting follow-ups.
Support the development of partnerships with schools and other institutions, expanding our reach.Social Media Engagement and Business Development:Execute organic communication campaigns across social media and on-ground events to build brand awareness.
Track and analyze marketing and social media activity to ensure effectiveness in driving engagement and reaching recruitment goals.
Work closely with the academic team in promoting branding on digital platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Develop a social media content calendar for scheduling content.
Design simple artwork in Canva for sharing digital information and use Capcut to edit images or videos for posting in reels.Event Management:Coordinate the school's presence at exhibitions, fairs, and events.
Promote the school effectively at events, handling post-event analysis to optimize future initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in admissions and/or marketing, with a strong focus on sales, lead conversion, and outreach.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Valid driving license and own transportation.
