To develop projects from proposal right up to delivery.
To create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective projects.
To deliver events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
To achieve the yearly Business Plan target for respective projects.
To liaise with MOH on necessary approval.
To liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities.
Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, property sales kits, and advertisements.
Develop engaging visuals for property development projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project objectives.
Design promotional campaigns to support property launches, events, and exhibitions.
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all platforms and materials.
Ensure all creative outputs effectively communicate the value of the property offerings.
Job Requirement:Degree in Marketing, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in real estate.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Reliable/good at hitting deadlines. Familiarity with video editing tools and digital media platforms is a plus.
Ability to multi-task.
