The Asian International Arbitration Centre (Malaysia) (AIAC, formerly known as KLRCA) was established in 1978 under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) and pursuant to a Host Country Agreement with the Government of Malaysia. 
The AIAC is the first regional arbitration centre established by AALCO for the provision of institutional support in the conduct of domestic and international alternative dispute resolution (ADR proceedings).
The AlAC Team is highly committed, motivated, and constantly looking to innovate, implement and promote ADR in Malaysia and internationally. The AIAC is now looking for skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join the Finance Department. 
Key Responsibilities Assist in handling and monitor Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, business travel arrangement, and month-end closing and reporting.Prepare Bi-monthly submission of SST to Kastam and SST refund process.Capture all invoices / tax invoices from suppliers.Process employee claims submission with proper verification and confirmation. Perform accurate coding for all expenses to the right Expense Code.Liaise with creditors for enquiry and updates.Maintain and monitor monthly expenses tracking.Capture all legal payments once received approval from the Management and issue payment accordingly.Release / bank-in cheques and send-out payment notification to relevant departments for their records.Assist during preparation of bank reconciliation.Assist the finance team during the annual financial audit.To manage official business travel arrangement as required.Qualifications Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (e.g: ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/MIA);At least 3-4 years of relevant financial working experience;Audit experience will be an added advantage;Fluent in English (oral, aural and written);Knowledge of accounting software e.g SAP Business One would be an added advantage;Demonstrate advance proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) with the ability to read and design complex spreadsheets;Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment with tight deadlines;Possess inquisitive mind, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically; andA confident and mature disposition with a strong organizational and inter-personal skills.
