Job Description : 1. Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end / year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports on timely manner.
2. To ensure all FA Listing, Accruals, Prepayments, Profit Recognized, Subcontractors and Supplier invoices are processed and posted accurately into IFCA. Resolve any accounting discrepancies and highlight any irregularities.
3. Check and verify collections/payments from/to all accounts receivables / payable. Ensure bank reconciliation in IFCA is perform on timely manner.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly management slide, annual budget and periodic forecast exercise. Analyze and review Project Ledger compared to construction budget.
5. Prepare Audit schedule requested by auditor and prompt response to audit queries as well as drafting of annual audit reports.
6. Liaise with tax consultant for annual submission of tax returns. Handle all kind of tax audit and other regulatory bodies, including preparation of relevant schedules and supporting documents.
7. Liaise with bankers on reviews and handle overall treasury function including cashflow reporting.
8. Assist and lead team members to enhance their skills and knowledge and manage the team performance to ensure work are smooth.
9. Ensure internal control, policies and procedure are followed and financial reports are maintained in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard
10. Handle accounting software issues as and when arises with GIT / system vendor to trouble shoot problems.
11. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
1. Min 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction / Property industry
2. Able to work independently with multiple priorities and tight deadlines (Initiative & Committed)
3. Strong Problem Solving Skill, Analytical Thinking and Leadership
4. Knowledge of IFCA or MHW is added advantage
