(Interco & External) E-Claim – verifier for Bargainable staff.Preparing Shipping doc. (Receive, checking, sorting, update info, scanned)Apply Import Permit and make a payment. (Own money and claim back)Submit payment - Overseas supplier.Liaise with Warehouse team and shipping agent.  Others:-
1) Customs Related.  (Disposal Items – Alignment for every month will send the report for disposal items  to customs or depending on total quantity, condition items or warehouse space)
2) Ensure completed documentation and information for approval submission. Base on submission in       (e-RFD) .
3) Analyse and compile disposal item to apply for dispose with custom. (Preparing Lampiran 6)
4) Upon approved by customs, request cheque, paid, and advise status to production people for disposal procedure.
5) Follow up the Lampiran 4 (Production Team) and submit to Customs.
