A multinational company is looking for Senior Executive HR / Assistant Manager in Kuala Lumpur.
Your new role
As the Senior Executive HR, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining a strong talent pool, conducting effective talent acquisition processes, and overseeing recruitment activities.
This role requires you to be very hands-on throughout the job.
You will be integrating group and local cultures to create a positive, enjoyable, and efficient work environment while collaborating with management to maintain team efficiency and support the company's rapid growth.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferably 4-7 years of working experience as HR generalist
Extensive experience in talent recruitment and selection, with a strong track record.
Experience in carrying out payroll
Preferably from an industrial background
In-depth understanding of local labour laws, tax regulations, and requirements for foreign employee visas.
Excellent communication and personnel management skills, confident, and pleasant.
