Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive HR (Payroll) at Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd.
The role will involve managing payroll, Compensation and Benefits, HR operations and overall HR management tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulation and timely disbursement of salaries.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, respond to employee inquiries, ensure adherence to employment laws, statutory requirements and internal policies.
Manage statutory contributions, reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory bodies such as EPF, Socso, EIS, IRB.
Manage employee compensation and benefits program such as medical benefits, leave benefits, ensuring they remain competitive.
Support salary structure review, job grading exercises.
Assist in preparation and planning of annual performance review, including bonuses, annual salary review.
Prepare necessary payroll report and ESG reporting as required.
Lead special projects that aim to improve payroll and compensation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement HRIS systems.
Review pay policy and communicate policy changes related to payroll, tax, and benefits to employees.
Qualifications
Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing.
Proficient in Payroll software -Flex HRis an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
