We're looking forSenior Executive, HRIT & Analyticsto be responsible for the design, development, and execution of HR reporting products via regularly scheduled and ad-hoc delivery.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for human resource information systems (HRIS) Project Implementation such as HR HCM system, payroll software, employee records, and timekeeping software
Creates the appropriate user documentation and procedures, also assists in training users on the updated functionality.
Support system maintenance during system upgrades and patches, collaborating with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results
Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement, testing updates, and improving process efficiency.
Responsible for collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.
Delivering ad hoc requests to HR business partner.
Meeting and adhering to Data Handling and Protection policies when handling and delivering data to the HR business partner
Produce the HR reporting and metrics deliverables, including the implementation of standardized recurring reports and ad hoc queries
Participate and assist with ongoing project implementation, optimization and adoption
Collaborates with business users to thoroughly understand the requirement
Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, and solutions for business
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations on the process/solutions
Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation
Support documentation of requirements, test plans and user acceptance criteria and functional delivery
Collaborates with the project manager to ensure the needs have been met
Manage and track the project timeline and delivery
Support project status communication and plan to stakeholder
Qualifications:
Possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Total Relevant Experience: 2-5 years
Previous HR data, HR system and HR Process experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Can translate technical information to simple language.
Understand HR processes (preferably experienced in managing modules under HR Core, Attendance, Compensation, Recruitment and Payroll) and can apply that knowledge to the HRIS system to provide the most efficient solution.
Uses critical thinking to create innovative solutions to complicated problems.
Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of data and the organization structure, including impacts to data/metrics due to changes in organizational structure.
A proactive and collaborative problem-solver with a knack for data and systems.
Thrives on creating streamlined processes and uncovering insights through reporting.
