Senior Executive, Human Resources

Assist in designing, developing and implementing employee training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.  Coordinate internal and external training, application and claiming HRDC and maintaining training reports and records.  Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.  Actively support organizational development activities in meeting the company's development objectives.   Assist in the implementation and management of a performance management system. Contribute to talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs.  Facilitate employee engagement programs, conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve workplace culture.  Assist in recruitment and payroll processes when necessaryRequirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related discipline.  Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience.  Proven experience in learning and development.  Basic understanding of the recruitment and payroll process.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
