Roles and Responsibilities
a) Complaints Management (CM):
Support and manage the end-to-end whistleblowing and complaints management activities including desktop analysis and documentation.Build cooperative ties with other departments in the organization for the continuous improvement of the complaints management system and process.Analyze trends/ types/ categories of complaints received.Coordination the complaint management closure tracking/ monitoring and reporting.b) Detection and Verification:
Support investigate functions within PHB including liaison with respective investigative party and witness.Prepare investigation reports and reporting. c) Integrity Enhancement:
Facilitate training and awareness programs focused on ethical practices, compliance, and integrity across the organization.Develop and implement department policies, procedures and controls in line with ISO standards, anti-bribery regulations and best practices.Support and maintain MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems including liaison with respective certification body.Assist in creating communication strategies to promote integrity initiatives across the organization.Support the design and delivery of training sessions to enhance employee understanding of governance and ISO standards.Assist in monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations through regular audits and evaluations.d) Governance:
Support the HoD in improving corruption risk management processes, focusing on governance and ISO compliance.Identify, evaluate and maintain the corruption risks profile across the organization and providing regular reports to management.Support the implementation of the Organization Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) ******** , ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Support the daily operations of Integrity & Governance Unit, fostering a culture of ethics and integrity.Assist with general change requests, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring procedural updates are consistently applied.e) Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct research for the formulation and review of Integrity & Governance Unit policies and guidelines.Prepare presentation materials and attend meetings to document action items and provide feedback on integrity and governance issues.Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required by HoD. Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or Business Administration, or Finance or equivalent.Possessing a recognized Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) Certification is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.Proficient in MS Office applications.A self-motivated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with all levels of staff.Able to work independently and wiling to take on new challenges in promoting values concerning integrity.Analytical, KPI and results-oriented person, and teamwork.Proven ability to handle sensitive information and preserve company confidential information.Ethical and professional. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in integrity, governance, compliance or related field.Certified ABMS Auditor is added advantage.
