Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Assistance:Support the team by preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and tracking key performance metrics for dealer accounts.
Compile and Check Company/Business Registration and Relevant Documents:Ensure that all necessary documentation for new and existing dealer accounts is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
Record/Update Internal Systems for Financing Applications:Ensure that all applications are accurately recorded in internal systems. Provide support in resolving any issues related to applications.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the company's motorcycle products, promotions, and pricing to help provide accurate and timely information to the dealer network.
Internal Coordination:Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and execute dealer-related activities.
Training & Support:Train dealers on new products and submission processes.
Sales Campaigns:Assist in the execution of campaigns targeted at motorcycle dealers, including promotional offers, product launches, or seasonal events.
Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree:in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (some positions may prefer an MBA).
Experience:in sales support, key account management, or business development, particularly in the motorcycle, automotive, or related industries.
Experience working with motorcycle dealers:or in a similar industry is a significant advantage.

Self-Motivated:The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Team Player:Must be able to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.
