Job Responsibilities
Business (30%)
Support Head, Sales & Marketing to initiate, develop, and implement marketing strategies.
Assist Head, Sales & Marketing to manage and monitor the readiness of the product for launch.
Assist Head, Sales & Marketing in the operations of Business Units in developing and planning sales campaigns and evaluating the effectiveness of each sales activity.
Operations (60%)
Update competitor activities and launches for reference in determining market-driven products and pricing.
Compile documents such as costing, land listings, per comp plan, land-related costs, common costs, and product information for pricing paper purposes.
Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare pricing slides presentations for various products for launch to be tabled in the Property Development Community Meeting.
Compile all final pricing details for new products to the APDL Team for AP submission and provide product information to A&P and Sales Admin for the preparation of A&P materials and SPA respectively.
Prepare Product Brief for the Product Development Department.
Job Responsibilities (Con't)
Prepare PDC presentation slides for product design approval based on Marketing Input.
Attend Product and CCM engagement meetings with internal and external consultants and provide relevant input to formulate the development of new market-driven products.
Appoint Model Maker and liaise with consultants and the model maker to ensure the accuracy of construction and presentation of scale models for every project.
Review SPA Drawings together with Head of Marketing and Sales – Township.
Review car park allocations for high-rise developments.
Review By Laws Agreement (if any).
Assist in preparing launch schedules and sales forecasts for the Financial Year.
Coordinate with Township to set up the Marketing Cost & Selling Expenses into the BPC system and review the final figure.
Stakeholder Management (10%)
Maximize company resources to meet stakeholders' expectations such as profitability, sustainability, and environmental considerations.
Qualifications & Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in property development.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
Strong ability to focus on customer/market needs and take initiative; experience with social media is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
